This Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions for subscribing to Planly premium services offered by MathsMind AI Ltd. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Plan
- Basic calendar and task management
- Limited to 1 household member
- Basic event creation
- No AI features
2.2 Monthly Plan - USD $5/month
- Unlimited household members
- Full calendar, tasks, chores, and meal planning
- Grocery list management
- AI-powered summaries and recommendations
- Financial tracking
- Priority email support
- All future feature updates
2.3 Lifetime Plan - USD $100 one-time
- One-time payment, lifetime access
- Never pay again
- All current and future premium features
- Priority support forever
- Early access to new features
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Currency
- All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD): $5/month or $100 lifetime
- We display approximate prices in your local currency for convenience
- Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-USD transactions
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
3.3 Billing
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed at the start of each billing cycle
- Lifetime subscriptions: Single payment at time of purchase
- You will receive an email receipt for each payment
- Invoices are available in your account settings
4. Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods from time to time:
- Trial length and terms will be specified at signup
- No payment required during the trial period
- You will be notified before the trial ends
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin
- One free trial per person/household
5. Subscription Renewal
5.1 Automatic Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period:
- Your payment method will be charged on each renewal date
- The renewal amount is the current subscription price
- You will receive a reminder email before each renewal
5.2 Price Changes
- We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice
- Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Lifetime subscriptions are not affected by future price changes
- You will be notified of any price changes by email
6. Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings in the Planly app
- Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation

6.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Access to premium features ends when your billing period expires
- Your data remains accessible on the free plan
- You can resubscribe at any time
6.3 Lifetime Subscriptions
Lifetime subscriptions cannot be cancelled or transferred but remain active indefinitely.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
7.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Refunds are generally not provided for used subscription periods
- If you experience technical issues preventing use, contact us within 14 days
- We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis
7.3 Lifetime Subscriptions
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days if not satisfied
- After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion
- Refunds may be prorated based on usage
7.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We will respond within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
8. Account Downgrade
When your subscription ends or is cancelled:
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan
- Premium features become unavailable
- Your data is retained (subject to free plan limits)
- If you exceed free plan limits, some data may become read-only
- You can upgrade again at any time to restore full access
9. Promotional Offers
- Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time
- Promotional terms will be specified at the time of offer
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions
10. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will notify you by email immediately
- We will retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days
- You can update your payment method in Settings
- If payment is not successful, your subscription may be suspended
- Access is restored once payment is received
11. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute:
- Contact us at ask@1planly.com first
- Provide details of the disputed charge
- We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
- If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may contact Stripe or your bank
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email to your registered address
- Notice in the Planly app
Changes to pricing require 30 days' notice. Other changes take effect immediately upon posting.
