This Cookies Policy explains how 1PLANLY LIMITED ("1PLANLY", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar browser storage on 1PLANLY.

2. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage, IndexedDB and service workers — let a web app keep data on your device.

3. Cookies We Set

All of these are strictly necessary for 1PLANLY to work, and they are only sent to 1planly.com.

4. Storage on Your Device

The app also keeps some information in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB. It stays on your device and is not used to track you:

• Display preferences such as light or dark theme, and the tab or view you last used
• A running focus timer, so it survives a page reload
• Recordings you make in practice tools, which stay in your browser unless you choose to share them
• Signed-in accounts on this device, so you can switch between them

Our service worker caches the app's files so it loads quickly and works on a poor connection, and delivers push notifications if you turn them on.

5. Third Parties

Cookies may be set by other services only when you use them:

• Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages for payment security and fraud prevention (Stripe cookie policy).
• Google sets its own cookies on Google's sign-in pages if you choose "Continue with Google".

6. Managing Cookies

You can view and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking or deleting our cookies will sign you out, and 1PLANLY will not work without the session cookie. Clearing site data also removes the preferences and timer state stored on your device.

7. Changes

If we ever add non-essential cookies, such as analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
